Competition Winners School of Digital Photography 'Internet every day', organized by the Government of Canary

The Canary Islands Government, through the Canary Agency for Research, Innovation and Information Society (ACIISI), presented the April 28 awards School Photo Contest Digital: Internet every day, students of 4 th year of ESO school Santo Domingo de Guzman in Santa Cruz de La Palma, in the picture named "Do we communicate?" which shows a group of students and students making use of Information Technology.

The Digital Photography Contest 'Internet Day to Day' participating schools throughout the archipelago, which presented photographs related to the use of communication technologies in everyday life. The five pictures receiving the most votes in this website by visitors went to the finals where a jury consisting of experts from the Canarian Agency for Research, Innovation and Information Society selected the winning image, which was taken into account not only the image itself, but also the description that accompanied it.

Director of Research and Technology, ITC, Andrea Brito, after congratulating the winners, said that the winning image is a faithful reflection "of what is perceived every day in the street, where especially young people use, increasingly, new technologies, but moving these tools can help communicate both with each other, and to isolate us from our environment for a "misuse."
